- SERVE has an urgent need for volunteer Food Assistance Specialists age 16+ in their food warehouse on Thursday afternoons, 1pm-3pm. Tasks include prepare food packages, welcome/assist clients, check out clients, stock shelves, etc. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Spanish speaking is a plus. - Keep Prince William Beautiful's next event will be the Litter Survey, re-scheduled for Sept. 25 or 26 (depending on which day gets more volunteers), 8:30am-12pm. - The Sweet Julia Grace Foundation needs volunteers on Sunday September 29th at Jiffy Lube Live to help with the Prince William Half Marathon and 5K race. Duties include manning the beer garden or water stations. Kids age 12+ are very welcome to hand out water.
