Who We Are
Since 1941, the USO has been the nation’s leading organization to serve the men and women in the U.S. military, and their families, throughout their time in uniform. From the moment they join, through their assignments and deployments, and as they transition back to their communities, the USO is always by their side. We are THE way Americans support all service members and their families. Whether it’s helping at a special event, greeting and cheering at homecomings, working the front desk or providing a listening ear, our volunteers are the reason service members know they can count on the USO. Be there for them like they're there for you.
What We Do
The USO provides programs, entertainment and services at more than 250 USO locations worldwide.
Centers act as a home away from home where service members can relax when off duty.
The USO hosts various events and programs in centers, base-wide, and on location in the community surrounding Marine Corps Base Quantico.
