Who We Are
The Warrior Retreat at Bull Run stands as a tribute to a community that understands, respects, and honors the sacrifice the brave men and women of our Armed Services and their families have made protecting our freedom. We are proud to welcome them to the retreat - their “Home Away From Home” and to be part of our community, even if only for a brief stay. Our intent is to provide our Warriors and their Families with a much-needed break from the hospital environments where they can reconnect, reflect and renew in a peaceful, family home prepared just for them.
The retreat property sits at the edge of the beautiful Bull Run Mountain Conservancy and Virginia's renowned Hunt Country. This vicinity is well known to Civil War historians and tourists. We are only 15 minutes away from the well-known Manassas Battlefield which offers tours and beautiful walks. The location is special because we can offer something for everyone. Guests may spend time in the beautiful natural settings of the countryside or make short trips into nearby towns for shopping, golf, movies, concerts, museums or sightseeing.

What We Do
Our mission is to provide a “home away from home” environment for our Nations wounded, ill and injured Warriors currently residing at nearby military hospitals.
