We are looking for a volunteer experienced with coordinating, managing, and executing walk/run fundraisers. Our goal is to host a 5K race in Prince William in September 2025.
Anyone with experience, or a desire and commitment to learn and take this task on, is requested to contact a3pdirector@gmail.com. It's not to early to start the planning process now!
The race coordinator will work directly with a Board representative to identify logistics requirements and coordinate with respective sponsors, site coordinators, and media outlets. Additionally the race coordinator will develop a tracking mechanism to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
The 30 hours listed for duration is a simply a mark on the wall. Once the initial planning meeting is held, we will have a better timeline/expectation.
